We're seeking an AI Product Manager to oversee the development lifecycle of generative AI and machine learning applications. This role collaborates across teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and AI capabilities, driving iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics. As the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll help shape AI-powered solutions and directly impact product success.
What you’ll do:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI capabilities (knowledge assistants, content creation, insights, clustering, scoring, modeling, task automation)
Prioritize product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
Translate customer needs into well-defined requirements for AI engineering teams
Collaborate with AI Engineers, LLM and model Operations, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders
Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Lead testing and validation of AI features to ensure quality and value
Manage AI initiative backlogs, balancing technical and business priorities
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Collaborate on documentation for AI features
Work with marketing and sales to communicate AI capabilities value
Apply design thinking techniques for requirement refinement
Drive AI feature adoption through education and training
Participate in agile ceremonies with development teams
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business, engineering, computer science)
5+ years product management experience, with AI/ML product focus required and Agent AI preferred
Experience managing development lifecycles of AI/LLM applications
Familiarity with product discovery techniques and research methodologies
Knowledge of testing frameworks and analytics tools
Understanding of LLM and ML model operations and monitoring platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Methodical approach with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management practices
What would set you apart:
Experience with industry-specific software or enterprise applications
Understanding of NLP, large language models, and their applications
Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts
Knowledge of cloud services and architectures
Advanced degree in relevant field
