Cake Mortgage is a progressive National Mortgage Lender based out of Chatsworth, CA offering both competitive compensation and career growth. We are always looking for like-minded passionate individuals to join our team and grow within our organization.
This position blends administrative support with some more technical and strategic elements. The focus is on maintaining strong relationships with brokers, providing training and educational materials, managing workflows, and organizing virtual events for development and growth.
Responsibilities
Assist brokers/clients with access issues, technical support and succeed by providing them with resources, training, and guidance.
Develop materials and facilitate training to help brokers understand consumer products and improve efforts.
Handle the backend side of things like data collection, client queries, documentation and maintaining records.
Ad hoc projects and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
1+ years in sales/mortgage industry.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Encompass is a big plus.
Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects and tasks.
Experience with answering and screening calls, and appointment scheduling.
Exemplify professionalism and business etiquette.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively train others and communicate clear, concise instructions.
