Position: Customer Service Representative
Part-time: 24 – 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns in a timely, positive manner
Adhere to Central Alberta Co-op’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety guidelines
Utilize proper telephone etiquette and complete necessary documentation
Handle sales transactions and manage office supplies
Process fuel and bulk lube orders accurately, dispatch orders efficiently, and complete daily fuel reconciliations
Collect and provide accurate information to internal and external customers
Operate equipment safely and responsibly; perform general housekeeping duties
Collaborate with Ag and Petroleum Division teams to enhance operational efficiency and best practices
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
