What you'll do As an EAP Clinical Counselor at TELUS Health, you will play a crucial role in providing in-person, telephone, and video counseling services to clients of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from one of our clinical offices located in Granby. Our dynamic and caring multidisciplinary team stands out for its incredible expertise and generosity in sharing knowledge. You will work with a varied clientele presenting diverse issues, enriching your professional experience and allowing you to develop your skills. Additionally, you will benefit from the constant support of supervisors available as needed and the ability to easily collaborate with your colleagues via Teams chat. How You Will Make a Difference: Provide short-term counseling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse clientele, in-person, by phone, and video. Manage a varied workload, adapted to different types of clients and consultation reasons. Ensure administrative follow-up of files using simple clinical models, facilitating note-taking. What you bring: The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and organized. They enjoy versatility and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Structured in their approach, they know how to prioritize responsibilities and maintain a high level of performance in all activities. Master's/Doctorate in mental health and human relations. Member in good standing of the Quebec Order of Psychologists or possess a psychotherapist permit. Minimum of two years of clinical experience. Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-oriented approach. Good knowledge of community resources. French required; bilingualism is an asset.
