As part of a team recognized for its expertise, you will participate in the structural design of institutional, residential and commercial projects. You will bring your technical knowledge to provide innovative solutions for our clients' projects.Primary responsibilitiesParticipate in the design of structural elements for various steel, concrete or wood structuresPerform calculations using specialized software for new constructions, carry out expert assessments and supervise asset maintenance work on existing buildingsFind and recommend solutions to technical problems and issuesFollow up on each step of a project (field surveys and inspections, technical reports, plans and specifications, work supervision)Provide technical support to clients and ensure proper coordination with the various stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors) throughout the project.QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalentHold an engineering title from the Ordre des ingénieurs du QuébecA minimum of two years of relevant experience in building structures at conception level and in inspection on construction sitesProficiency with ETABS, ADA and SAFE softwareWorking knowledge of Autocad and Revit softwareAbility to work on different projects simultaneouslyProficiency in oral and written FrenchValid driver's license and access to a vehicleASP Construction card.
