Mettre à jour les documents de formation existants et en créer de nouveaux au besoin. Se tenir informé(e) des lois et des meilleures pratiques en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement pour garantir la pertinence des formations. Dispenser des séances de formation aux employés. Maintenir à jour les qualifications techniques et les formations réglementaires requises. Gérer le système de suivi des formations et les dossiers associés. Effectuer des tâches de surveillance pour la prévention des accidents. Contribuer à la planification stratégique de la sécurité pour aider à atteindre les KPI et objectifs de l'organisation. Autres tâches en lien avec la formation du département. Votre profil Expérience en formation ou enseignement aux adultes. Bonne connaissance des réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité. Horaires flexibles pour couvrir tous les quarts de travail au besoin. Expérience en milieu syndiqué. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Bilingue (français et anglais).
