This requires a deep understanding of client needs, the ability to communicate effectively across teams, and a strategic mindset to drive product vision.ResponsibilitiesAddress the problem stories defined by the Product Managers and collaborate with UI/UX and Technical teams to develop the solutionCollaborate with UI/UX to define a solution that is user-friendly and intuitive for the end-userReview the solution with the PM, before development to ensure it addresses the target problem of the personaUpdate and train the solution experts on the new features (train the trainer)Communicate Release notes and specific launch or end dates to the teamsAttend meetings with the development teams (Scrum or others) to assist the team building the best solutionCreate, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibilityWrite clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteriaAct as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarification on requirements and resolving any issues that ariseParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvementEngage with customers to gather feedback on product features and performanceConduct user testing and validation to ensure that products meet user needs and expectationsMonitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvementAttend some customer meetings with the PMs to learn about the marketSit down with the PM to establish the release plan.
