Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator completes reviews for compliance with service level agreement (SLA) requirements. This role assures that our teams comply with individual carrier requirements within specified timeframes, such as contacting the customer, completing a site inspection, starting work, completing work, and upload of various documents.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Complete reviews for compliance with SLA requirements through our main estimating platforms; XactAnalysis, Smart Dispatch (NextGear product), and other estimating platforms
Identify trends and assist network with explanation and training to obtain better compliance
Provide support for technical inquiries from the network
Assist with ongoing training of the network and other team members in the department with processes related to estimating
Liaison with offices and insurance carrier partners
Support offices by obtaining more jobs through improved scorecard performance
Support and give suggestions on internal metrics for a higher scorecard performance through cycle time and quality of compliance reviews completed
All other duties as assigned
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
Knowledge of estimating platforms; Xactware Products, Symbility, and other estimating software
Knowledge of the insurance industry and verbiage in the insurance industry
Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems and estimating platforms
Ability to create documents
Ability to read and analyze reviews for compliance purposes for offices

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1-year experience in the insurance industry or QA department of a restoration company
Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
Experience in the restoration industry
Physical Requirement
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment
The employee will be working in a corporate office environment. Most work will be conduct over email, virtual meetings and telephone. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
Travel
This position may require up to 10% travel. This position may require travel for company meetings/events and trainings.
