We are currently searching for an organized, well-rounded individual to join our dynamic team as a Truck Shop Helper at our Calgary terminal.
Morning Shift
Availability: Full-time; Permanent
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing documents for shop operations
Help in writing up repair orders and communicating with the drivers and owners in order to determine problems and solutions to their truck repair needs.
Help in completing repair orders by getting the mechanics write up of the repairs, seeing that parts are billed correctly, and all needed lines are added to the ticket as it progresses
Assist in installation of satellites in new trucks
Inspection of trucks and trailers
Clean, repair, recondition and maintain equipment and components when required
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Mechanical background is an asset
Strong communication and decision making skills
Must be responsible and have a professional attitude
Driver's License and own vehicle is must
