About the Role
As Project Coordinator on our Infrastructure team, you’ll support the successful planning and execution of our CCTV and Flushing field services, with a focus on the following:
Project Coordination & Administration
Provide administrative and clerical support to field staff, including document preparation, data entry, video uploads, and record management.
Assist in setting up and maintaining project files, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
Support resource tracking and scheduling, working closely with the Project Manager to align priorities and timelines.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on submitted project documentation and field materials.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors—facilitating timely communication and updates on project milestones.
Attend meetings, capture key takeaways, and follow up on action items.
Prepare and distribute reports related to progress, organizing and executing monthly contract close-out procedures, ensuring all final deliverables are collected and submitted.
About You
Post-secondary diploma in Project Management, Administration, or a related discipline—or equivalent relevant experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or other project management systems.
Valid G or G2 license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Familiarity with NASSCO pipeline certification programs is an asset.
