What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day dispatching of up to 80 ready mix trucks from 10 concrete plants Interact with drivers, operations team, and coworkers to satisfy requests for information and changes in shipping requirements Monitor all aspects of concrete delivery and supply Interact with all concrete division staff on dispatch related matters Provide leadership to ready mix truck drivers What Are We Looking For Prior heavy dispatch experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and technology. Ability to work flexible hours – days, evenings and/or Saturdays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
