A regular day for you will include: Review and verify applicant income and employment information Process any income and/or trailing documents received Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standard and turnaround times Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Carefully review applicant proof of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy Contact employers over the phone to further corroborate the information in a professional manner Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders Perform all other duties as assigned Must-haves! Working hours can range anywhere between 9 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.
