As disbursement control agent, you analyze and authorize disbursements while ensuring compliance with the applicable conditions arising from financing applications. You contact members and clients to follow up on conditions prerequisite to disbursement while ensuring compliance with standards and rules in effect. Your ability to adapt to situations and focus on results is put to good. You work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files. You assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date and with employee coaching and training. More specifically, you will be required to: Complete the disbursement roadmap and validate guarantees. Prepare activity plan for BBO SSC to handle disbursement. Finalize the file by, for example, archiving and following up on missing documents. Comply with current policies, practices and standards, as well as legislation governing the distribution of financial products and services.
