Job Title: Marketing Funnel Manager
Job Description:
We're seeking a Marketing Funnel Manager to drive customer acquisition and conversion for our Dibbly Inc. brands. You'll both manage paid advertising campaigns and create high-converting sales funnels that turn prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for both brands
Design, build, and manage complete sales funnels from awareness to conversion
Create compelling ad copy and landing page content tailored to each brand
Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to implement data-driven improvements
Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing sequences
Collaborate with sales and design teams to maximize conversion rates
Requirements:
2+ years of solid experience in both digital advertising management and funnel creation
Proven track record of successfully managing ad campaigns and building conversion funnels
Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email platforms, funnel builders)
Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion optimization
Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
Must submit a video walking us through a typical funnel you would build out as part of your application
