What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily precast production activities to meet quality and delivery targets Monitor and optimize workflow, ensuring safety and efficiency across all production stages Support and coach team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and team coordination skills in a manufacturing or production setting Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Solid understanding of precast concrete processes, quality control, and safety practices Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Work Environment This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.
