Competitive Salary: $65,000-$70,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & educationJob Duties Include: Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine or Senior Chefs, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Provide professional and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues, conducting shift briefings, and maintaining open communication with venue managers.Ensure consistency in food preparation, follow hotel recipes and standards, and enhance food products through menu development and presentation.Balance operational, administrative, and staffing needs, including scheduling, coaching, and mentoring culinary colleagues.Manage inventory and ordering through Birchstreet, maintain proper food levels, and oversee labor productivity.Handle disciplinary actions, assign daily workloads, and perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired experience:Red Seal Journeyperson Cook Certification or international equivalencyOrCompletion of Rouxbe Culinary Foundations level 1 & 2.
