QualificationsAt least 1 years’ experience in a Spa, Fitness Club or Guest Services role in a luxury hotel environment is strongly preferredCurrent First Aid and CPR certification is strongly preferredProven ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesEnergetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven effective problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-taskProven ability to work in a demanding fast paced environmentProven ability to work cohesively as part of a team in a multi-cultural, diverse environmentStrong work ethic, highly responsible, reliable and the ability to work extended hours including evenings, public holidays and weekends is requiredAdditional InformationPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Sitting - 0-2 hrs/day.Walking - 6-8 hrs/day.Standing - 6-8 hrs/dayBending/Reaching – 6-8 hrs/dayPushing/Pulling - 4 hrs/dayPhysical Effort - Does not lift weight over 50lbs
