Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism International Tax Services Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses. Meaningful work you’ll be part of As an International Tax Services, Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with complex cross border restructuring transactions for multinational groups headquartered in Canada and Canadian groups of foreign multinational groups. Support clients as they navigate new Canadian tax legislation, such as Pillar Two, Excessive Interest and Financing Expense Limitation (EIFEL) rules, and anti-hybrid mismatch rules, and assist with associated computations. Lead the review of surplus computations, foreign accrual property income and excluded property computations, and T1134 information reporting for taxpayers with foreign affiliate groups. Engage with affiliated PwC firms in foreign jurisdictions to help clients navigate foreign tax laws. Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required. Exact expectations for your team can be discussed with your interviewer PwC BC Region Pay Range Information The salary range for this position is $ 82,300.00 - $137,000.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location. Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region.
