This includes researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations. The taxing authority verifies the issues, and the Consultant assists the team with this process. The Consultant is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm. The ideal candidate with have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. Fonctions et responsabilités: Effectuer différentes tâches reliées à la tenue à jour des dossiers de propriétés des immeubles principalement industriels Inspecter des immeubles (industriels) sur le territoire du Québec dans le but de collecter les données Procéder à l’analyse des biens apparaissant au rôle d’évaluation valider les paramètres d’évaluation retenus dans le cadre de l’application de la méthode du coût Analyse des éléments sujets à l’exclusion du rôle selon les dispositions de la loi sur la fiscalité. Collecte d’informations pertinentes relativement à la valeur du bâtiment et du terrain Effectuer des travaux de compilation et de contrôle des coûts de construction spécifiés par l’évaluateur Participer au calcul du coût de l’immeuble à l’aide des taux et facteurs en vigueur Recueillir des données du marché immobilier Qualifications requises Formation: Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales dans une discipline appropriée, notamment en technologie de l’estimation et de l’évaluation du bâtiment, en technologie du génie civil, architecture ou mécanique du bâtiment. Certificats et Licences: Permis de conduire valide Membre agréé de « Ordre des Évaluateurs Agrées du Québec » Expérience professionnelle: 2 ans d’expérience pertinentes aux fonctions de l’emploi Expérience de l'utilisation de bases de données et de sites web municipaux pour la recherche Avoir une bonne connaissance des techniques de construction et de la lecture des plans et devis Compétences clés: Maitrise de base de la méthode du coût pour des immeubles industriels. Avoir une connaissance des volumes du Manuel d’évaluation foncière du Québec. Connaissance du manuel Marshall & Swift Connaissance de base de la Loi sur la fiscalité municipale et des règlements qui en découlent Avoir des connaissances dans les activités reliées à l’inspection d’immeubles de catégorie industrielle, un atout Connaître les logiciels de la suite Office (Word, PowerPoint et Excel, Outlook).
