Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Massage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly servicePerform all 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massage and body treatments, as certified/trained to do.Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment in safe working order.Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work areaMaintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid.Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clienteleQualificationsYour Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in a Spa preferredCertificate from accredited school of Body WorkProven experience with facials, nail services, massage, and body treatments.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesConstant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbsAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
