Role Overview:
TrueContext is on the hunt for a highly skilled and customer-focused Solution Architect to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about designing innovative solutions, mastering system integrations, and acting as a trusted technical advisor, this is the role for you. You will be instrumental in architecting how the TrueContext platform integrates with diverse customer ecosystems, ensuring optimal performance and value.
Who You Are:
You are a technical thought leader with a knack for understanding complex business challenges and translating them into elegant, scalable solutions. You thrive in customer-facing environments, confidently leading technical discussions and driving projects forward. Your expertise in APIs, webhooks, and system integrations is matched by your strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to empower both customers and internal teams. You're not just an architect; you're a technical guide, a pre-sales powerhouse, and a mentor.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
· Architect & Design Integration Solutions: Design and document robust, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, and other relevant technologies to connect the TrueContext platform with various customer systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud storage, bespoke applications).
· Technical Pre-Sales Leadership: Partner with the Sales team during the pre-sales cycle. Lead technical discovery sessions, articulate the value of TrueContext's integration capabilities, architect proposed solutions, and deliver compelling technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements, identify technical challenges, and define clear solution specifications.
· Customer Engagement & Consultation: Act as a primary technical point of contact for key customers. Confidently lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations, both 1:1 and with larger teams, ensuring conversations are productive and focused.
· Internal Technical Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Implementation Specialists and other team members, providing guidance on complex integrations, API usage, webhooks, and custom development challenges.
· Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development and dissemination of integration best practices, reusable solution components, and technical documentation.
· Product Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide valuable insights from the field, influencing the TrueContext platform roadmap and future integration capabilities.
· Stay Current: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies, API standards, and best practices within the SaaS landscape.
What You'll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience.
· Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Specialist, or similar technical customer-facing role.
· Deep understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and common authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, API Keys).
· Strong proficiency in designing and implementing system integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
· Exceptional requirements gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and confidently drive conversations.
· Experience supporting technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, solutioning, and demonstrations.
· Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
· A "technical curiosity" and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and platforms.
· Self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision to plan and execute tasks effectively.
· Initiative, flexibility, and a genuine desire to ensure customer success.
· Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for integration tasks is a plus.
· Familiarity with common enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ERPs, etc., is highly desirable.
