As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of transformation through a structured rotational program. This role is based onsite at our Halifax office. We find that working together in the office increases collaboration and engagement, and also supports your development too. What You’ll Experience… Over the course of the program, you’ll rotate through three core areas: Project Management Support the planning and delivery of exciting projects Track progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved Contribute to meetings and project documentation Work towards a professional qualification in project management (MSP) Business Analysis Conduct research and analysis to support transformation initiatives Help gather and document business requirements Collaborate with teams to improve processes and drive change Project Office Maintain project records and documentation Assist in preparing reports and presentations Ensure projects align with best practices and standards At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in the area that inspires you most! What We’re Looking For… We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who are ready to learn and grow.
