The CCTRM is accountable to the delivery of the overall NCS and Trade investments structures to achieve the Business Targets. Reporting to the Category Sales Planning Leader, this role is responsible for ensuring on time and in full execution of the trade budget, strategy and recommendations to changes, increased or decreased funding that enables the organization to achieve the business target and KPI´S. This role is support resource to the Customer facing Sales Organization, and partner to sales finance, and NMR in making alignment decisions that align the overall business delivery. In this role, you will: Responsibilities: Customer and Category Planning and Management: Exceptional Trade Management: Trade Investment Management, Owns the Trade Investments processes E2E, ensuring effective utilization of resources to achieve targeted sales and revenue growth. Trade Spend Analysis, reporting variances to key stakeholders within the organization. Track sales objectives and promotion efficiency, providing support to the Category Customer Sales Planner Lead /Studio/Marketing in managing trade funds. Market Knowledge, Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics, enabling you to deliver the necessary material required for the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively. Plan Affordability and Strategy Alignment: work closely with Cross-functional teams to align trade investments plans with overall business strategy and financial goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure decisions are thoughtful and alignment with the company´s objectives. Monthly Trade Optimization review, Conduct regular reviews of trade spend effectiveness and make data- driven recommendations for trade optimization to achieve maximum ROI. Work in Collaboration with the Customer Team Leaders (SR. Director of Sales where necessary) to ensure a full understanding of the market/customer conditions are challenged and validated for some recommendations. Customer Planning and IBP, take ownership of the financial elements of customer planning, ensuring alignment with integrated Business Planning (IBP) Processes. Sales Performance, Support in the preparation and knowledge on the sales LE (Latest Estimate) identify gaps and developing action plans to mitigate risks. Strategic Development Strategy and Planning AMPS/AAA Strategies and Tactics: Support in the development and deployment of AMPS/AAA, Strategies as well as brand/sales priorities and selling tools. Customer expertise, Excellent knowledge of the customer and strategic drivers to enable supported business recommendations leveraging category insights, Customer POS, Markets data (Nielsen) to make informed decisions. Financial Analysis Business Results Accountable for National Delivery of Net Customer Sales, Trade Investments, GM EBIT and MSC. #Li-Hybrid What we look for: Years of Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in Finance, Trade Management, Sales or working experience in a CPG Company (preferred) Skills and Abilities: Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Administration, finance or equivalent working experience. Ability to think systematically and lead complex processes. Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a comprehensive financial recommendation. Strong attention to details with excellent track record of P&L levers and drivers. Experience and abilities to use Nielsen (WS+answers). Exceedra (and/or other TPM). Experience working across multiple levels of the organization to drive results. Strategic thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo in the spirit of efficiency. Ability to clearly articulate and influence with logical data points and ideas. Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across channels (customer, consumers, competitors, Clorox and category). Thrives in a cross functional Team environment. Strong aptitude for business planning at the customer levels. Excellent MS Excel skills, complementing a strong process and an analytical mindset. Proven organization and time management skills.
