Procurement Analyst
Support a high-impact pilot program in the mining industry focused on spare parts procurement. This hybrid Montréal-based role (min. 3 days on-site) blends analytics, SAP & ServiceNow expertise, and bilingual communication skills. Ideal for procurement professionals with 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain or transactional buying.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor concierge queries related to spare parts procurement.
• Determine ticket urgency and ensure proper classification and routing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for delays in PR to PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) processing.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in transactional procurement processes.
• Analyze recurring ticket issues to reduce volume and improve user experience.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement service levels through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance procurement workflows and system usage.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transactional buying or procurement operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and systems, with strong knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices.
• Bilingual in English and French is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and resolve concierge support tickets in both official languages.
