How You'll Make an Impact Partner with managers and employees to address and resolve workplace issues. Act as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to business leaders. Oversee the implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with Group policies. Support performance management activities, including reviews and training needs. Collaborate with Talent Partners to maintain a healthy talent pipeline. Drive and execute talent processes, including succession planning and diversity initiatives. Assess and address employee engagement and morale. Lead discussions with local collective bargaining groups. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Proven track record in collective bargaining negotiations. Experience leading teams and managing HR projects. Proficiency in HR Information Systems such as Workday, SAP, or Taleo. Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
