Position Summary: Inventory Responsibilities: Maintain system records including billing adjustments, purges, and clearance code updates. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, including transportation reclass entries and related reconciliations. Generate and analyze reports including Open Work Order, Equipment Sale, Demo Target, and Billed Not Received reports. Vendor Rebate Responsibilities: Manage various types of rebate programs, including Volume Rebate, Margin Rebate, Special Cost Rebate, ULS Warranty Rebate, and Inter-company Rebate. Oversee the full rebate cycle: billing, payment received, proper coding, and follow-up on variances. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities related to rebate write-offs, accruals, rebate reserves, and reconciliations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in inventory or rebate management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and variance follow-up.
