Job Summary Job Description What is this opportunity? The RBC Dominion Securities Langley/Maple Ridge branches are currently seeking an Associate to assist an with our investment teams. The successful candidate will possess a passion for service excellence, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. What will you do? Provide a proactive client experience with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail while coordinating with various departments and Portfolio Manager/Investment Advisor for execution, where necessary Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity through internal reports and applications Review portfolios regularly and re-balance them with guidance from Portfolio Manager/Investment Advisor Utilize contact management system for daily task management Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable to follow up, as required Proactively contact clients to ensure accounts are accurate, up-to-date and compliant Provide world class client service to our valued clients What do you need to succeed? Successful Completion of CSC/CPH, or willingness to complete within 6 months of start date Exceptional client service skills and experience Administrative experience Nice-to-have Knowledge around Dominion Securities systems an asset Undergraduate degree The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the investment field working as an assistant/associate What’s in it for you? The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000. This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
