For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology. If you are not currently located in the area of this co-op position, you must be willing to either commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the co-op term. You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.
Join our Global Infrastructure team for a high-impact co-op term that offers exposure to the full range of enterprise IT operations. This role spans Networks, LTE systems, Facilities Infrastructure, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Enterprise Data Management. You’ll support multiple technical teams and gain valuable insight into leadership-level planning by working directly with the Global Manager of Infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
Support project and operational activities across networking, LTE, facilities, O365, and data management
Assist with documentation, asset tracking, reporting, and planning
Contribute to knowledge base updates, dashboards, and internal tooling
Participate in team and leadership meetings to gain strategic context
Help drive service improvements and standardization across infrastructure teams
Support cross-functional collaboration between IT and OT teams
Qualifications
Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology
Strong interest in infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT
Familiar with Microsoft 365 (O365), Excel, and Teams; Visio or project tools are a plus
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn across technical domains
Spanish language skills are not required but are considered an asset
