The Role
You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for our Bitcoin Mining Operation and Energy Strategy Management Layer — the part of our platform that interprets ISO market signals and turns them into real-time site-level decisions.
This role will play a key part in shaping how our platform evolves to support energy strategy and operational intelligence across high-performance infrastructure.
You’ll start by leading initiatives in one of our core verticals, then contribute to expanding the product’s capabilities for a broader range of industrial and energy-focused applications.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and energy teams to deliver technically robust and market-relevant solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the product roadmap for energy strategy, bitcoin mining operations, and grid program integration
Define how telemetry, control systems, and energy signals interact across sites within our platform
Translate complex ISO market signals into actionable product logic and workflows
Identify and scope new product features based on customer needs, market trends, and input from sales and marketing
Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to plan, build, test, and ship features on schedule
Lead and participate in user research, client conversations, and industry discovery to guide product direction
Track regulatory and market changes (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, AESO, IESO) and align roadmap accordingly
Gather and prioritize feedback to ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world use cases
Continuously expand your knowledge of the Bitcoin mining and energy markets, and help identify new verticals for future expansion
You Should Have
4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or industrial software
Knowledge of energy markets, and utility/grid program mechanics (ERCOT, PJM, AESO, NYISO, etc.)
Experience building or managing data-heavy, telemetry-integrated platforms
Comfortable working with APIs, real-time data models, and systems that must be accurate, fast, and auditable
Excellent communication skills — with clients, grid experts, and engineers alike
Experience delivering complex products on tight timelines with clear prioritization
Resourceful, independent, and outcome-driven
Ability to develop MVPs using your programming language of choice such as Python, Rust, C#, etc.
Nice to Have's
Experience with utility integrations, DERMS, VPPs, or energy automation platforms
Familiarity with telemetry systems or energy metering (e.g. smart PDUs, Modbus devices)
Understanding of the Bitcoin mining industry, especially in North America
Product ownership across both startup and scale-up environments
