Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and organized Community Coordinator to join our team. The Community Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a thriving and engaged community around our art. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to connect with community members, create engaging content, organize events, and serve as a key point of contact. The ideal candidate must be a proactive, creative, and people-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's brand, mission, vision, and goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to their interests and preferences.
Stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos and live selling.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely engagement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote collaborations, events, and other company initiatives.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and trends related to the company and its brands.
Track and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower
growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in community management, marketing, communications, or a related role.
Experience with online community platforms and social media.
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to create engaging content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., social media management platforms, CRM systems, event management software).
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
