Skretting is looking for "Production Planner" for the Vancouver location to lead the production planning process and to ensure that the optimum utilization of production is obtained and the feed is available on time to our customer. The job ranges from merely production planning of a single and rather simple production line, to planning several production lines together in alignment with the different departments mainly logistics, customer service, procurement and production. Job Description: Job responsibilities: Checking the orders to plan for accuracy: verify inventory levels of finished product and establish an optimal balance between customer and stock orders Arranging of the orders for production, taking into account specified delivery times, available machine capacity, changeover Verifying stock positions commodities and identifying shortfalls in procurement.
