Job Description: What will you do? The Junior QE Analyst’s main accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Generative BI Research – Understand the current QE Analytics framework, research Generative BI trends and how it can be optimized for end-user consumption and operationalization with existing QE cloud construct. POCs – Provide support on POCs of new technology and tooling that can bring innovation and speed to Quality Engineering Analytics and Shift-Right testing practices Collaboration – Work collaboratively with multiple technology teams such as Quality Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise DevOps, Enterprise Community of Practice (CoPs)/ Centre of Excellence (CoEs) to support existing/ new initiatives and drive expected outcomes. What do you need to succeed? This opportunity is available to students with a December 2025 or later graduation date. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary or equivalent degree with a focus (i.e., major) in one of the following: Computer Science with supporting education or experience in business management Business Management, with supporting education or experience in Computer Science or Engineering. A demonstrated interest in Quality Engineering for Automation / DevOps and Data & Analytics Excellent MS Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting and visualization; good MS PowerPoint skills Confidence in positioning thoughts, sharing findings and recommendations with seasoned team members Foundational knowledge in database technologies and programming knowledge in SQL, Java and/or Python. Any knowledge of AWS technologies such as QuickSight, Glue, RedShift, Lambda, EC2 etc. is an asset. What's in it for you? The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
