As a Talent Programs student, you will design and support strategies to build strong pipelines of early talent across the organization to support evolving needs. You will support the development and implementation of various Talent Management initiatives, including but not limited to Take Our Kids to Work Day, the coordination of high school events, the coordination of our fall New Graduate Development Day and support year-end performance management and development enhancements. This will involve idea generation, creating proposals and presentations, management of partnerships, external relationships and collaborative efforts for events and initiatives, event planning, developing communication plans and engaging stakeholders throughout the business. To be successful in this role, the student will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute ideas, and support the planning and execution of talent development initiatives. They will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and project management skills, while adapting to changing priorities with professionalism and a proactive mindset. A commitment to confidentiality and collaboration is essential.
