Radio-Canada’s Digital Media team is seeking a Functional Analyst to contribute to the implementation of a Consent Management Platform (CMP) across our products. Responsibilities include: Serving as the in-house expert on the Consent Management Platform (CMP) for all relevant stakeholders. Assume the data steward role. Identifying and documenting user requirements. Analyzing existing processes and recommending tailored solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Documenting analyses and potential solution pathways. Evaluating the risks, feasibility and impact of proposed features on our solutions. Clearly communicating business, operational and functional requirements to development teams. Assure an end-to-end testing to guarantee its reliability and accuracy. Staying informed about emerging industry trends and sharing relevant updates with the team. Providing guidance and support to partners and users with a focus on continuous improvement and fostering innovation. Qualifications/skills: Five or more years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the media industry. Graduate diploma in a relevant field (business analysis, marketing, management, development, etc.). Expertise in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.). Experience in a data governance environment. Ability to analyze and see the big picture. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to influence, persuade and initiate the required changes. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Action- and outcome-focused client approach. Ability to be proactive and suggest solutions to challenges that arise. Ability to work autonomously and show initiative as well as working cooperatively with teams. Interest in emerging technologies and market intelligence. Attention to detail. Excellent fluency in French; working knowledge of spoken and written English an asset.
