We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them maximize the value of tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with Professional Services, Sales, and Product Management to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Partnership: Guide customers through their journey by helping define success metrics, implement best practices, and achieve their desired outcomes. Proactively monitor usage and engagement to anticipate challenges and ensure continued value realization.
Product Adoption: Support onboarding and provide strategic recommendations that help customers successfully adopt and leverage our solutions for improved risk management.
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, coordinating with Technical Support and Product teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall experience.
Account Strategy: Partner with Sales and Professional Services to evaluate account health, track customer KPIs, identify opportunities for expansion, and assist with renewal discussions.
Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships by participating in regular check-ins and business reviews, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for case studies or references.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an account management or client services role within technology-driven risk management or customer centric technology services.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders alike.
Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled at identifying customer challenges and proactively recommending solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce and Google Workspace. Familiarity with risk and compliance focused software concepts, vulnerability management, or risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are considered advantageous.
