As our Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties supporting technical service delivery to our clients.
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate field service technicians
Communicate with clients to ensure timely service delivery
Prepare quotes, work orders, and invoices
Support technicians with documentation and logistics
Generate inspection reports and certificates
Maintain accurate records in our ERP system
Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
Promote and follow safe work practices
What You Bring:
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated approach
Clear communication and strong teamwork skills

Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Proficiency with computers and common software, and openness to learning new tools
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in service coordination or administration, ideally in industrial or construction settings
Scheduling experience is a strong asset
