Applications are invited for the role of “Electrification Service Supervisor" until 3:00pm, Thursday, May 8th.
The Electrification Service Manager is a member of the Electrification Management Team at Saint John Energy. As a passionate leader you will deliver a progressive customer experience for a growing array of electrification programs, products, and services. You will be of service to the high-performance team responsible for delivering on this customer experience.
You will have accountability for electrification service technicians, management of the workload and ensuring that customer expectations are met and deliver on departmental goals and objectives.
You will bring empathy, humility, and a continuous learning mindset to every interaction. You are motivated to innovate and create, to always do the right thing, and to improve the service that we provide. You have a focus on process improvement as an enabler to progressing and delivering operational performance.

In this role, the successful candidate will:
Be accountable to manage the operations for Electrification Services and support business expectations.
Accountable for the Customer eXperience (CX) for Electrification Services and ensure that commitments are met on-time and at required levels of quality.
Manage a diverse team of people, their performance and support their growth and development.
Prioritize workload and activities to ensure business and service requirements are met, and that the team is focused on the right activities.
Technical oversight of operating procedures, tools and equipment requirements, and asset specifications.
Support and improve on management, operational and safety practices, to deliver operational performance.
Manage partners and vendors through technical, financial, contractual and relationship management.
Manage the capital and expense expenditures and ensure efficient and competitive cost structures.
Maximize employee engagement through regular and consistent communications and celebrate success.
Promote cross-functional and departmental delivery with agile approach.
Drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and process management.
Manage the risk and compliance of Electrification Service.
Engage and support the management team in meeting company and departmental goals and objectives.
Responsible for the continuous process improvement initiatives within all aspects of electrification and is the resident expert for corporate projects ·
Employment Requirements and Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business, engineering, technology or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in service delivery and management, and two years in management.
Focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to increase operational and individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training.
Knowledge or experience in business analysis, process and change management.
Knowledge or experience in energy, electrification, or information technologies.
This role will be located at Saint John Energy's Head Office at 325 Simms Street in Saint John.
