What are your contributions to the team?
Interact with internal customers to understand needs and lead to technological solutions while maintaining excellent system design
Analyze functional system testing ensuring solution satisfies business requirements
Provide high quality user support with timely response to requests
Conduct training to end-users & develop and maintain effective system documentation
Troubleshoot HR system issues and find root causes
Participate in team evaluating bi-annual SuccessFactors system upgrades.
Conduct testing of system design changes and vendor service upgrades
Analyze existing systems for potential improvements and action as necessary
Maintain system documentation, methods, procedures
Assist with design and documenting business processes and system changes
Effectively create necessary requests for third party system integrator to support required changes
Promote open communication with process stakeholders and design teams
Demonstrate complete discretion when dealing with confidential data and a mastery of employee data privacy best practices.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years professional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HR systems
Experience with SuccessFactors implementation cycles and upgrade testing
Basic knowledge of programming
Basic knowledge in developing and conducting technological training
Ability to multitask and be flexible to handle changes in meeting requirements and deadlines & to coordinate projects
Basic knowledge in assisting with developing presentations
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, vendors and suppliers
Knowledge of database design and how they inter-related with other systems, including third party systems
Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
Intermediate skills with Microsoft products
Understand project management terms and methodologies
Knowledge of data privacy concepts
Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS
