This role provides strategic leadership to diverse teams responsible for evaluation and audit, tracking and reporting, and business systems and financial governance for Enbridge’s energy conservation programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the DSM Finance, Tracking & Reporting, and Audit & Evaluation Team. This includes planning work, encouraging collaboration, performance management, and establishing reporting procedures. Engage as a member of the Energy Conservation Leadership Team (ECMMT), aligning strategies and supporting team goals. Lead all aspects of the evaluation team to defend program results and associated DSMI (revenue) including but not limited to creating the annual report, defending audits, handling deferral/clearance proceedings, developing evaluation plans, and representing the company in supporting the ongoing development of the OEB Technical Reference Manual and through serving as representative members on the Evaluation and Audit Committees. Supervise the C&I and Residential tracking and reporting teams including tracking all DSM projects, processing and payment for customer incentive projects, vendor approvals, collaborating closely with AP, supporting Guardian system changes, and leading the Recording Management Process for ECM. Direct the business systems group, including Systems, Scorecard, and financial governance. This includes setting strategy, supporting DSM information systems, providing financial governance and reporting, and leading the DSM Scorecard. Qualifications: Related University Degree preferably in Accounting, Engineering, Business, or Economics OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience may also be considered. 8+ years of related Energy Conservation or industry experience. Outstanding ability to handle multiple areas and prioritize key issues. Strong leadership, innovative, outcome focused, team-oriented, and stellar interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and regulatory hearing participation. Understanding financial analysis, business case review, cost-benefit analysis, and DSM screening tests. Working Conditions: This role typically operates in an office environment with some travel within Ontario offices.
