Ce que vous ferez: Gérer les demandes de maintenance des clients et coordonner les activités de service après-vente. Planifier les visites de service sur le terrain, rédiger des rapports et tenir à jour les dossiers de service. Négocier les tarifs de service et gérer les bons de commande et d'intervention associés. Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les clients externes pour assurer une prestation de service fluide. Identifier et atténuer les risques liés aux services. Répondre rapidement aux demandes et clôturer les dossiers de service dans les délais impartis. Maintenir des données précises dans le CRM (Salesforce) et soutenir le département de finance avec des résolutions de la facturation. Expérience et Formation souhaitées: Formation: Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (ou équivalent) ou au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe. Gestion de la relation client : Solides compétences pour gérer la relation client après-vente. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, CRM, Syspro et bonnes compétences informatiques. Aptitudes mathématiques : Capacité à effectuer des calculs arithmétiques de base. Compétences linguistiques : Capacité à lire, analyser et interpréter de la documentation technique ; excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à collaborer avec les autres. Raisonnement : Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes avec la capacité d’interpréter des instructions variées. What You’ll Do: Manage customer maintenance requests and coordinate post-sales service activities. Schedule field service visits, compile reports, and maintain service records. Handle service pricing negotiations and manage related purchase and job orders. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify and mitigate service-related risks. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and close out service cases within deadlines. Maintain accurate data in CRM (Salesforce) and support finance with invoicing resolution. Experience & Education desired: Education: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or minimum of 2 years of related experience. Relationship Management: Strong skills to manage existing client relationship post sales. Tech. skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM, Syspro, and strong computer skills. Mathematical Ability: Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicate and collaborate with others. Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions.
