We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy marketer to lead B2B marketing efforts.
Role: B2B Marketing Specialist
Location: Calgary (Open to remote candidates)
What you’ll do:
Creative Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Build and run personalized, high-impact campaigns targeting high-value accounts (>$1M GTD)
Develop customized content using outreach tools that reflect the unique needs of event organizers
Leverage data to design segmented plays for various event verticals
Innovative Campaigns
Create and launch non-traditional, buzzworthy campaigns that are unique to the ticketing and event industry
Launch non-traditional demand generation plays that grab attention and drive results
Pipeline Ownership
Drive high-quality sales opportunities through marketing efforts
Tools & Reporting
Manage and enhance the marketing tech stack with a focus on Salesforce integration, lead scoring algorithms, multi-touch attribution models, and performance tracking
Build and maintain real-time dashboards to measure funnel efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making
Sales & CS Partnership
Lead outreach experiments, nurture tracks, and industry-specific pitch materials
Work with CS on event upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with sales on account strategy
Support sales enablement with assets, decks, and inbound/outbound sequences as needed
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have post post-secondary education in marketing or business
Have 5+ years in B2B marketing at a fast-growing SaaS company
Have experience in direct ABM ownership or demand generation role supporting enterprise/mid-market
Are familiar and comfortable with long sales cycles
Have a strong portfolio of creative campaigns that provided measurable results
Understand brand tone and aesthetic alignment with creative teams
Have a focus on ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and pipeline impact
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with other creative minds
Have a passion for live events and have worked in the events industry (this is a bonus)
