As a Workday Business Analyst, you'll work closely with the team to keep Workday running smoothly. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements Analyze data and identify gaps and propose solutions Build and maintain HR business processes in Workday Build, change, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday Participate in testing and validating new features and processes to meet business requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Create, change, and maintain documentation requirements (user guides, job aids, etc.).
