As an Applications Administrator at SONA, powered by Celero, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing Operations team. This position is focused on ensuring the timely and accurate processing of merchant applications and onboarding documentation from both internal and external sales teams.
You’ll be working closely with peers, sales agents, and leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and clear communication are critical to success.
Responsibilities
Entering and processing merchant applications with accuracy
Managing data entry across multiple platforms and systems
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM
Collaborating with agents to ensure all paperwork is complete and correct
Performing quality control checks on applications once trained
Managing spreadsheets and internal documentation
Supporting other administrative projects as needed in a timely and organized manner
Experience & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
A proactive, resourceful attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Suite
Preferred Background
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or similar support roles would be beneficial
Location: Onsite in Halifax, NS
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $40,000–$47,000
