What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years’ experience in business administration or similar process-driven role, with knowledge of product management and agile methodology preferred but not a requirement Curious and customer focused, with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a matrix organization Excellent written and oral communication Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment Ability to collate and assimilate complex information into logical and easily presentable material Impact You'll Make: The Consultant, Product Manager supports the Credit Risk Product team in delivering against the overall strategic direction and market success of TransUnion’s Credit Risk solutions. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this role will support the coordination and execution of business-as-usual (BAU) activities and other product-related tasks as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall product efficiency. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day product management activities relating to existing solutions and new product development initiatives Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and gathering user feedback where applicable to support new product development or enhancements Coordination and intake processing of product queries, pricing and policy exception requests, including tracking, SLA management and reporting across all credit products Collaboration across cross-functional teams for information gathering and investigations to support Product Management queries and issue resolution Coordination across cross-functional teams to streamline processes, communication requirements and similar processes Support across existing projects where required Support policy reviews and updates as defined by governance or business stakeholders Collaborate with the respective Product Managers in creating new product documentation and coordination of training material for sales enablement or other key audiences Additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business needs This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
