In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.What you're responsible for:Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and supportCoordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periodsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problemsConducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failuresInitiating and executing maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessaryMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metricsQualificationsTo join our team:You are a licensed 433A MillwrightYou have proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipmentYou have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamYou have In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical componentsYou have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skillsYou have the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations
