Brièvement, voici ce à quoi ressembleront vos fonctions : Apporter un support direct à votre supérieur immédiat Prendre en charge les courriels (priorisation) Gérer l’agenda et établir les priorités en lien avec les diverses rencontres /différents secteurs Effectuer les réservations auprès des transporteurs et des établissements hôteliers Préparer les notes de frais Assurer un soutien technique et administratif à la préparation et l’exécution des réunions et des événements de la Vice-présidence et du comité de gestion : Coordonner la réception des invitations des différents comités Corriger ou préparer les lettres, les notes de service, les rapports et autres documents Manipuler des documents et des dossiers à caractères confidentiels.
