This is an exciting opportunity to further your career, and gain exposure to investment manager operations and processes while remaining supported by a leading administration service provider.Provide a full range of fund accounting services to clients, including Net Asset Valuation (NAV) preparation/review and review of third-party administrator deliverablesManage a team of BPO team members, providing training, support and developmentProvide a complete range of fund supporting services to hedge fund clients while working closely with investment managers, brokers, custodians, and auditorsParticipate in different system improvement and automation projectsReview and investor allocations and independently validate management and performance allocationsCoordinate team resources to ensure that client service level agreements are met on a daily basisAct as a primary client contact point, responding to queries and managing relationshipsSupport the new client onboarding process as an operational liaisonEstablish fund or client specific procedures covering all aspects of our servicesKnowledge of a variety of asset types and accounting treatmentQualificationsPost-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance or accountingAt least 5 years of experience working in the fund administration industry with experience managing staffIn-depth understanding of fund administration industry. This includes multiple fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments and fund offering documentation reviewExperience with team dynamics including engagement, moral, performance managementHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Geneva (fund accounting software) would be an assetAdditional InformationExperience something Brilliantly Different with a career with MUFG Investor Services.Who are we?
