As a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring flawless financial operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Contact customers daily regarding payment either by phone or email Reconcile customer short payments Prepare monthly list for bad debt and Invoices not collectable Review daily reports to aid in the collection/reconciliation of accounts Update special terms spreadsheet as required Work well with other departments to resolve customer issues Requirements: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a business field preferred. Bilingual French & English preferred 5+ years of experience in collections and/or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
