Flex Shift: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday: 5:45 am to 4:15 pm - 4 X 10-hour shifts per week
Schedule Days Off Per Week: Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
The Warehouse Associate will be responsibilities for:
Shipping/Wrapping
Wrap equipment as required based on the type of equipment
Build boxes to secure the safety of finished products during transportation
Load and unload finished products and materials
Confirm appropriate labels and work order #'s are placed on each shipment – print and validate, ensure accuracy by ensuring correct label on box
Keep the area clean and presentable at all times.
Assist the Receiving and Maintenance department if necessary, help receive load-out materials to offsite storage, assist with order picking as required.
Order Picking
Support Production line by picking orders from warehouse and delivering to the line to increase production efficiency
Manage stockroom by organizing inventory and replenishing as required
Manage inventory using ERP to ensure accuracy and accountability of stock
Ensure organization of warehouse through accurate location of items
Assist with unloading of trucks, receiving of orders into ERP system and storing material in assigned location as needed.
Receiving
Unloading of trucks, receiving of orders into ERP system and storing material in assigned location
Managing Engineer Change Notices
Managing in/outbound Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Managing in/outbound interbranch transfers
Perform Cycle Counts
Transferring Internal Work Orders to Production line
Manage Hold Tags by liaising with Purchasing Team regarding defective inventory
Ensure organization of warehouse through accurate location of items
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Open mind, willingness to learn, and a great attitude
Possess high school graduation certification
Entry level, but preference given to shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
Forklift certification would be considered an asset
Capable of lifting 30 pounds frequently
Certified Fork truck Operator preferred
Trained in storage and transportation of dangerous goods (WHMIS)
Must be flexible, highly motivated & organized
Willing to practice 5S
Able to work independently without direct supervision
Must be a team player and self-starter
Work Environment: The job requires repetitive motions all the time, lifting, squatting, kneeling, bending, walking, torquing, pulling, carrying, pulling, crouching, backward positions, standing for long periods, etc.

Pay: $28.03 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
