Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and streamline the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates.
Maintain and enhance the applicant tracking system for efficient candidate management.
Create engaging job advertisements that reflect Delmar's culture and values.
Coordinate and participate in orientation and onboarding of new hires.
Administrative support to the HR team throughout the emplpoyee lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
